At KevinJuices.com, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Because our products fall under consumables and electronic devices, we handle returns and exchanges carefully and in line with Suriname’s retail and sanitary standards.
We review all return and exchange requests case-by-case, with the goal of finding a fair solution for both the customer and the business.
1. Our Philosophy
Before requesting a return, we strongly encourage customers to:
- Test the product properly
- Allow our support team to assist with troubleshooting
- Provide photos/videos to help us quickly assess the issue
Most issues can be resolved without needing to return an item.
2. Standard Returns (Unopened Items)
We accept returns of new, unopened, unused items purchased through our website within:
→ 7 days after the date of purchase
Approved returns can be converted to store credit.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
Items that do not meet these requirements will be rejected and returned to the customer.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to sanitary, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used:
- Disposable Vapes
- E-Liquids
- Replacement Pods & Coils (if the seal/foil is broken)
- Atomizers (Tanks, RDAs, RTAs)
- Cigars
- Rechargeable Batteries
- Glass Products & Accessories
- Hemp or Herbal Products
- Spare Parts (drip tips, O-rings, glass, etc.)
- Any product with a tamper-proof seal once the seal is broken
This applies even if the product has only been opened “to check” or “tested once.”
4. Warranty Policy
Hardware devices purchased from KevinJuices.com include a:
→ 7-Day Limited Warranty for Defects
(from date of purchase)
This covers manufacturing defects only.
Not covered under warranty:
- Atomizers & Tanks (including leaking issues)
- Disposable Vapes
- Coils & Pods
- Batteries
- Glass items
- Cosmetic scratches or minor imperfections
- Damage caused by liquid spills
- User error, misuse, mishandling, drops, or modifications
- Wear and tear
Important Notes for Suriname
- Because of Suriname’s logistics, all warranty cases are handled locally.
- Warranty period cannot be extended based on troubleshooting time.
5. How to File a Warranty Claim
Contact us within 7 days at:

Include:
- Full Name
- Order Number
- Detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos/videos showing the defect
The defective item must be returned before any refund/credit is issued.
If approved you will receive Store credit
We do not offer direct replacements.
6. Additional Information
- We do not guarantee compatibility between different brands or systems.
Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure. - We may request additional testing, photos, or videos before approving a return.
- All returns must be brought to the location provided after approval.
- The original packaging should be kept until the warranty period ends.
